As per your score in JEE 2023 you can get more college's which furthermore good then NIT Durgapur as they don't have good quality of facilities. Rest is upon you.

Hello samruddhi Jadhav, it's very nice to hear from you that after doing Diploma you are interested in pursuing graduation in engineering. To help you I am attaching a link that will give you list of all the colleges in Maharashtra that offer this branch and which accepts students in second year of 4 year degree course under lateral entry scheme available for Diploma holders.
