Yes,
You can apply for B.Tech Chemical Engineering through a GATE score. The best institutes for B.Tech Chemical Engineering are IITs, NITs, etc., State universities like BHU, JNU, etc., and Colleges like VIT, MIT, etc.

Yes. You can go for Chemical engineering after B.Sc. Chemistry by clearing GATE exam.
Some institutes allow GATE scorers with B.Sc. Chemistry for a 2 year B.Tech. /B.E. (Chemical engineering) programme.

Masters in Chemical Engineering in Canada is a 1-2 year programme depending on the type of degree opted for. It is available as MEng (Masters in Engineering), MS (Masters in Science), MASc. (Masters of Applied Science) and MS (Masters in Engineering Science) degree. The total programme fees for the MEng degree ranges from 10,500 CAD to 61,500 CAD and MASc.
