Hello Haresh Vasava, unfortunately I could not understand as to about which college you were talking. But in any case when you register for counseling, there full list of colleges along with different branches and intake capacity appears. You could find from there also whether your intended college offers this branch or not. Okay? Best wishes to you.

Hello Joy, it's pretty difficult to compare individual branches but MHRD declares rankings of all NIT's. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about the ranking of different NIT's. My advise is to go by this ranking. https://www.shiksha.com/b-tech/articles/nits-in-india-blogId-20003
Best wishes to you.

If you have got a seat in tp IIT or NIT, you definitely have scope for career. Chemical engineering is not very glamorous programme, if the number of jobs are less, the number of students passing this programme is also less.

If the candidate wants to keep the seat allotted but also wants to participate in the next round of counselling, he can choose the float option. This way, you can choose either seat allotted. So if your seat has not upgraded yet, please wait for upcoming rounds of counselling.
