Hello Naveen Kumar, whether it's ME or M.Tech it should not matter. Both are deemed to be same. Exactly on the lines that BE or B.Tech are similar. Hello Chanakya, if I may ask as to why you want to leave chemical engineering? It's a fantastic branch and one could get great salary. In addition, one can choose whatever field one likes Viz research, teaching, management etc. Till humans remain on the globe, requirements of chemical engineers will always exist.
