If you talk about the fee structure at LNCT university which is situated in Bhopal for M.Sc. in chemistry the Qualification Models is : you should Finish UG degree in comparable specialization or subjects from a perceived college/establishment

As you can see this is quite a less number where the chances of getting admission becomes so much less.
You want to score at least 97-98 percentile in JEE Fundamental to get confirmation on the off chance that you are from general category. For OBC and EWS 95+ percentile will get the admission.
