Yes, If you are thoroughly going to memorize the intext question sections then it will definitely secure chances of you getting at least 33% marks out of 100. But it's advisable that you at least thoroughly read all the chapters/lessons and the Terminal questions and their answers so you should be able to write answers on your own for Theory related subjects.
