1. You can apply for the IIT JAM exam to study M.Sc. Chemistry in IITs, IISc, and NITs.
2. You can apply for other entrance exams conducted by individual institutes like Central University, BHU, Pondicherry University, etc.
3. You can apply for the course without an entrance exam in some Private Universities and Colleges with your B.Sc. Chemistry marks.

1. Almost all Arts and Sciences colleges have B.Sc. Chemistry course.
2. IITs, NITs, Many Pubic and Private Universities, and even colleges have M.Sc. Chemistry courses with various specialisations like General Chemistry Organic Chemistry Physical Chemistry Pharmaceutical Chemistry or Industrial Chemistry.
3. Many Pubic and Private Universities offer PG Diploma courses in Chemistry (For example PG Diploma in Chemical Lab Technician in CUTN).
4. Research courses like Ph.D. and M.Phil. Chemistry is also offered by many Colleges and Universities.

Hello Kshitij Thakur, I can understand your angst and anxiety. I do not know under what conditions you joined engineering. But there are many students who leave engineering as well as medicine even in the third year. It's always best to pursue the subject that you like the most. Being in the second year is no big deal. I feel that if you are feeling suffocated you must leave and join a course of your liking. Best wishes to you.
