With a minimum of 60% marks in the aggregate of science subjects with chemistry as one of the subjects, preferably in combination with physics and mathematics. Science subjects with chemistry or biochemistry as one of the subjects.

As per the information available on VIT Vellore website, the online registration process of M.Sc courses has already started from 04 March 2020 and will continue till 22-May-2020. Hence, you can apply as per your convenience before 22 April 2020. Use the following link to apply online.

The eligibility criteria of M.Sc. Medical Laboratory Technology is given below. Eligibility criteria: Bachelors degree with Microbiology /Medical Tech. /Bio Science / Biochemistry or PGDMLT. So B.Sc. Chemistry students cannot do M.Sc. Medical Laboratory Technology course.

You have not write about the college/university name from where you wish to pursue the M.Sc. Genetics course. However, the eligibility criteria of DU's is given below for reference please.
Eligibility criteria of M.Sc. Genetics: A student seeking admission of M.Sc. (Genetics) must have passed B.Sc. (General) or B.Sc. (Hons. ).
