Yes, you are eligible for ICAR AIEEA UG 2020. The eligibility criteria of B.Sc. (Hons.). Agriculture is given below.
Eligibility criteria: 12th with minimum 50% of marks (45% for SC/ST/PWD) with PCB/PCMB/ PCM/Inter-Agriculture. Subjects to be attempted in entrance exam: PCM.

No, you are not eligible. As per M.Sc Chemistry JAM eligibility criteria, the candidates should have studied Chemistry for three years in Bachelor's degree. However, you can be eligible for M.Sc. Mathematics.
