Chemistry is perhaps the 2nd most scoring subject for most of the aspirants. The strategy must be to both clear concepts and practice MCQs. This is often repeated and often forgotten too. As always, remember that your base book is NCERT. Be thorough with every single point in it. Stress it enough. Direct NCERT questions are asked in NCERT nowadays, so practice NCERT oneliners. Let us look at individual parts of chemistry
Physical: the formula and the basic numerical application is enough. It's perhaps the easiest part of them. Keep on revising the chapters and solving questions as well. Practice NEET previous years' questions for

2. Clear NEET open test
3. Comply with the age criteria
thus in absence of Biology as a subject you would not be entitled to appear form the NEET open test.
