Hello,
The IIT JAM exam was conducted for 7 subjects which is now held for the six subjects. There are different cutoff marks for various subjects. The candidates need to score more than minimum cut off marks. The cut off marks will be based on the number of students appearing for the IIT JAM exam, and the correct answer given by the candidates. The cut off marks for IIT JAM Chemistry varies from 24-30 for different years.
You should practice with previous year papers and mock test to be familiar with the paper pattern and type of questions asked in the exam. Hope it will help you. All the best.

Both the colleges are of Delhi University, and both colleges are best. Go for that options which is easy to travel and near to your home or PG. But, faculty members are best of Rajdhani College.
