However, study of medicine is better than study of science. But, if you want to study science then do MSc and PhD in biochemistry / medical biochemistry. Biochemistry deals with study of chemical basis of life in living organism including plants and animals. It is very much developed science and has following branches:
Animal biochemistry
Medical biochemistry
Clinical biochemistry
Plant biochemistry
Environmental biochemistry
Nutrition biochemistry
Industrial biochemistry, molecular biology and genetics, etc.

Of course you are eligible to do IIT JAM M.Sc. And Ph.D. Dual course with these subjects in your 12th standard so you should give the exam for the same. Good luck.
