Hi,
You need not to attend regular classes, if you are opting for distance learning program. You just need to attend the semester exams only, no need to attend regular classes. If you are going for regular classes, then attendance will be compulsory.

B.Sc Hons in Mathematics consider best of 4 subjects for eligibility. You may or may not include chemistry in best of 4 depending on your marks in chemistry I. e if your best of 4 is higher by including chemistry then include otherwise exclude it. You can also pursue computer Science assuming you have studied Maths at 10+2.
