Not a big problem, learn Chemistry step wise, just strenghthen your basics. Physical Chemistry is gonna be quite difficult for you to learn, just take your time and ensure that you understand. If you understand the concepts it would be more than enough for you to gain knowledge. There are many online courses available which will help you increase your Chemistry knowledge.

If you are doing any job and also wants to do complete your education, then I would suggest you to go for distance education you can do distance M.Sc in that you don't need to attained classes you only need to go for exams.
