Both are good, but in M.Sc in Mathematics, the competition is very high. Most of the students prefer for maths. Less students prefer chemistry. So, if you want a job in less competition, you should go with M.Sc in chemistry. There are a lot of jobs in chemical engineering and many more sectors.

BE food technology is available in department of chemical engineering, Panjab University. Admission is based purely on your JEE Mains score and ranking. You'll have to apply as per the notifications issued. Then merit lists will be prepared for various courses available by JAC (joint admission committee) including food technology. You can check PU, Chandigarh or JAC site for previous year cutoffs. Hope it helped.
