Hi Twi, The fee structure of IIT college is (master of Science) 36,000/- IIT college provides 100% Tuition Fee waiver for SC/ST/PH candidates. And full remission of the Tuition Fee for General & OBC students whose family income is less than Rs.1 Lacs per annum. And 2/3 tuition fee of GEN/OBC their family income 1lakh to 5 Lacs. Hi Sofia,
You need to do full time M.Sc in chemistry as these subjects are accompanied by practicals, i.e. lab work, which you won't be able to manage if you are doing a part time course.

B.Tech is good but if you perform better in academics. But scope after B.Sc from DU is good at present. So, it only depends on your capability which branch will you select. Best of luck.
