Hi Sanjay,
So you seem to be more interested towards salary package. Be clear what you want to do. Identify what skills, knowledge you have. If you have strong managerial, personnel management skills then you can choose MBA / PGDM and do it in a renowned institution. You will definitely get a good package, if you skills are pleasing! This is one option. Second, after doing B.Sc chemistry honors you will be getting an average package of 2-3 LPA. I will suggest you to go for B.Sc from some IIT.
