Both have very good opportunities, but if you look closely M.Sc Zoology is strictly refined to the study of animals and mammals and research is purely based on the ecosystem. Whereas, M.Sc Chemistry has a broad scope in the pharmaceutical sector with drug development, drug modifications, industrial waste management, environmental planning, food organic chemistry, etc. The salary range for both is equal at 5-7 LPA with top MNCs. But, M.Sc Chemistry stands out in terms of overall internships and job opportunities.

You should do M.Sc biochemistry. You can do M.Sc chemistry if you have chemistry as a core subject in all 3 years of B.Sc. 12th subjects don't matter much.
