Of course you can do MBA in Hotel Management course after your graduation. The eligibility criteria for MBA in Hotel Management course is Graduation from any field with 50% and above marks with a recognised university. You cannot go for Master in Hotel Management course because the eligibility criteria is 4 Years Hotel Management Graduation with 55% and above marks. Yes, for entrance exam, you need to have some basic knowledge of other subjects. But, exam patterns differ from college to college. Therefore, it is not compulsory that all entrance exam may have physics as their subject.
