Hi Divya,
You can apply for M.Sc Chemistry in DU after completing B.Sc. Medical only if you have studied maths as a subject in your graduation or +2 as DU prefer candidates from Non-medical background.

Minimum Eligibility criteria for UG and PG courses

Eligibility criteria to appear in NEET is that candidate must have passed 10+2 from a recognised board in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Bio-technology and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-technology at the qualifying examination. You are eligible to appear for NEET subject to meeting other criteria.

Hello, Qualifying percentage in PCB for SC category is atleast 40%. So, you need to improve your scores in physics so as to be eligible for NEET exam!
