The first point is that your interest. If you like to do research in analytical chemistry than you can do Ph.D in it. You can apply for the fellowship to pursue Ph.D.

As you have done PG in Chemistry, there is a vast scope for you. Your NET rank is also good, so you can apply for lectureship. If you are interested in business, you can start your own business like the pharmaceutical industry, chemical industry, etc.

You can go for any industrial jobs as many industries prefer candidates from M.Sc chemistry and even many renowned coaching institute prefer such candidates. Apart from it you can go for research after this after clearing ugc net or Gate exam.

If you want to pursue your masters in IIT, then you can go for JAM exam. Not having Maths in class 12th doesn't affect in any way.
