If we speak about integrated B.Sc B.Ed, then in that case you will surely have to face questions pertaining to Science and Mathematics. Secondly, since it will be B.Ed after your B.Sc, it will be obligatory for you to go through the subjects of Science. You could go for Masters in chemistry or either physical sciences from any university in India and further carry out research in respective fields. If you don't have interest in this field, you could go for government exams or apply for many other courses available such as MBA. There are also many Diploma courses available depending upon your interest area.

You can get admission for M.Sc Chemistry by clearing your reappear exam first, and then apply for M.Sc Chemistry either by giving entrance exam of any university or apply to any private college for M.Sc Chemistry, but first you need to clear your reappear exam after that you are eligible to pursue your M.Sc Chemistry.

Yes, you certainly can reappear for 12th Class exams. Or you could pursue a Diploma on the basis of 10th class. Pursuing a Diploma will be easier than 12th and it is also considered equivalent to 12th. But I would suggest passing the 12th in the failed exam. Diploma is 3 years long and 12th can be completed in a year. But see what you can manage and then decide accordingly.
