After B.Sc, you are eligible for competitive exams. You can go with B.Ed course; M.Sc. In biotechnology, embryology, biological sciences, etc. Forensic Science is the best option for the career in government, etc.

B.Sc. Lateral entry is only possible if you had Diploma in the related field. Also distance for B.Sc. Chemistry is not available everywhere and might not even be valid even if it available. Where do you want to apply? Since each university has its own criteria you will have to check your eligibility for each of them. You should have 60% aggregate marks to be safe. Also, you can apply for the food inspector course.

It will be great if you could mention your college/location preference for better understanding. However, M.Sc in chemistry can be pursued from a number of colleges in India as there are many universities offering PG in the discipline. You need to check eligibility criteria of individual universities to apply for your admission. One of the top universities is Delhi University which has various colleges like St. Stephen's College, Hindu College and many more.
