Microbiology is the essence of public health and medicine. As more and more organisms achieve better survival with our current medications, there will be a renewed emphasis to develop newer ones just to keep up. Again, a doctorate would be better.
Lastly, biochemistry is closely tied to the prior 2. The basis of much of the newer drugs isn't necessarily by chance. As we understand receptor sites, membrane science and actions of enzymes and amino acids, then there is a better chance at helping us extend life.

Dear Prince,
It all depends upon the company in which you are applying for or getting placed. Salary packages are offered by companies and companies hire the students who have required skills and knowledge about the job. Companies are invited by the placement cell of the particular college/university. So get admission in good college/university so that you can get placed.
You can be self-placed too but for that you need to prepare for that in terms of, experience, skills, interview session, group session or as per company requirement.

B.Sc in any branch of chemistry may not fetch you a good job. Moreover, you will not have a proper career growth. Masters in analytical chemistry will have a wide scope. You will have plenty of opportunities in pharmaceutical industries.
