You should go for BCA or B.Tech with any field in which you are most interested. As you had CS, then you should go for B tech with computer Science branch which is 4 years course. BCA is 3 years degree.

Dear,
The eligibility criteria for admission in M.Sc in chemistry is 45% marks in B.Sc.chemistry Honours and pass marks in Mathematics as a subsidiary subject. Other formalities as decided by the University for admission required to be observed. So it is clear from Eligibility criteria of admission in M.Sc. in Chemistry that after B.Tech in CS you can't do directly M.Sc. in Chemistry.

Go into that branch which you know the basics and have passion and determination for. And in your heart you know that you will achieve greatness in this field.
