Well, it usually depends on the college you want to enroll in. Obviously, private ones because such score cannot get you in government colleges. However, according to me, chances are low.

Hi Sanjeev, Most of the institutes offering the course admit students based on their performance in a relevant entrance test. Some institutes also admit students based on the candidates obtained merit at the level of graduation, while some conduct their own entrance tests for offering admission. Admission process generally varies across colleges. Some such entrance tests held in the country for admission to the course are:
GATE food technology entrance exam
AIJEE: All India Joint Entrance Exams
IIS: The Indian Institute of Science entrance exams
Indian Institute of Technology Entrance Exam
Indian Institute of Crop Processing Technology IICP
...more

Dear Ujjawal, as per their website they offer B.Sc with subjects offered in different combinations but they don't offer B.Sc Chemistry (Hons.). There are many other govt.as well as private universities like DU, LPU, UPES, etc that are offering B.Sc Chemistry (Hons.). They have their different criteria. Some offer admission on basis of entrance test and some offer it on merit basis. Some even offer scholarships to meritorious students. Check the websites of these reputed universities for more details.
Good luck.
