To qualify for NEET, the eligibility criteria dictate that all subjects in the 12th examination must be passed, including Chemistry, with the required minimum marks. Since you have "RT" (Result Pending or Reappear) along with Chemistry, you cannot fill the NEET form unless you clear with a reappearance in the Chemistry theory paper.Your total percentage in the PCB subjects (51%) is under the least required for NEET eligibility (usually it's around 50% for General Category, and about 40% for SC/ST/OBC, and 45% for PwDs).
