Well to be honest I did not score well in my degree but failure teaches you a lot. In Physical Chemistry you will find derivations which include very complex Differentiation and integration formula written one after another by skipping steps which may feel very unintuitive unless you are really good at mathematics. Just practice it multiple times so that you do not forget the steps (do not go too deep in deriving the formula itself, you will get frustrated if you do not like mathematics).
