Yes, there are seat reservations available at the Madras Medical College, Chennai. The seat reservation categories are as follows:
85 percent of seats in the MBBS course are reserved for the students who are natives of Tamil Nadu under State Quota. At the time of admission in Government Medical Colleges and Self-Financing Medical Colleges, 85 percent of the total available seats are reserved for students of Tamil Nadu only. Students applying under special Categories and Sports Quota need to submit a separate form in support of their candidature along with an additional fee of INR 100. Open Category Reservation: 31 percent

No. MGKVP Varanasi doesn't have study centres in Chennai, Hyderabad and Bangalore. Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith (also known as MGKVP Varanasi) has three campuses in total, namely Gangapur campus, NTPC campus and Bhairav Talab campus. Apart from these campuses, the university has 10 faculty members, four constituent institutes and over 30 departments at its Varanasi campus. It also has more than 350 affiliated colleges spread over six districts, namely Varanasi, Chandauli, Bhadohi, Mirzapur, Sonbhadra and Ballia.
