PGDM programme is offered by the institutes that are recognised by AICTE while MMS is degree programme offered by university through colleges.
Admission in MMS course is governed by the CAP round and only MH-CET score (in case of Maharashtra) are accepted for the same. For PGDM course in addition to CET- CMAT,XAT,CAT,ATMA etc. test scores are accepted but it varies from one collage to another college.
Course curriculum of both course are different. For MMS course curriculum is decided by the University and for PGDM, college have authority to design course curriculum under the guidelines given by AICTE. PGDM courses are more in

We don't have cut-offs for application stage and all those who apply will get GD/PI call. if you perform well in GD/PI then you can surely convert it to Admission call.

All those who apply will get GD/PI call irrespective of test scores. Your score are good. If you perform well in GD/PI process you have good chances of getting admission call.

Commenting or predicting anything about CAP round is bit difficult as cutoffs keep on changing. your scores are good but what will be cutoff this year can't be predicted. Institute level seat forms will be available after the end of 3rd CAP round.

Current fees for PGDM Marketing is Rs. 2,75,000 per annum (5.5 lakh for 2 years). In addition to fee a deposit of Rs. 5,000 needs to be paid which is refunded at the end of the course.

Considering your work experience and score you have good chances, but you need to perform well in GD/PI. This process holds a very significant weightage in admission process and admissions call made based on this process.

If you perform well in GD/PI process you have a good chance of getting selected. Average salary package offered on the campus is 6 lakhs but it also depends upon the caliber of the student. Operation programme is good over here.

Considering your scores and past trends chances of getting good institutes seems to be thin if you belong to general category. However its difficult to comment about CAP rounds because the cut-offs are fluctuating. Try for institute level seats and pgdm course if you want to get into good institutes.
