According to some sources, IES Management College and Research Centre (IES MCRC) and Chetana's Institute of Management and Research (CIMR) are about equal in terms of placements: IES MCRCIn 2023, the average package offered was INR 7.5 LPA, and the highest package was INR 10 LPA. 90% of students were placed, and there are over 160 corporate partners.CIMRIn 2022, the average package offered was INR 6.3 LPA, and the highest package was INR 10 LPA. CIMR has a placement cell that offers training and workshops to prepare students for interviews.Some say that IES MCRC has better faculty compared to placements. Others say

PGDM in Marketing Chetana's. Post Graduate Diploma in MA. PGDM in Retail Chetana's Institute. It is a good college to study in as there are decent placements, great faculty, and good infrastructure.

If we looked at the overall rankings of these institutes, Welingkar &get; SIES &get; Dalmia &get; Chetana. So, Welingkar would be your first preference. It is better to join a GDPI training programme as it will give some structure to your preparation and you'll know how to frame your answers to commonly asked interview questions, how to generate points and tackle GDs, and how to face What (writing ability test) and work on your CV/Resume and application. All the colleges are average and almost equal in terms of everything. Still, if you want to choose one among the three I would suggest you go with Chetna then IES then MET. Feel free to ask if you have any more queries. All the best!

To begin with IILM PGDM admission process, students need to fill the online application form. Once they are shortlisted based on the eligibility criteria of 50% in Graduation, then they are invited for personal interactions with faculty members after which the offer is made to the qualifying candidates.
Eligibility Criteria -
Degree (10+2+3 or 4) in any discipline from universities and institutions recognized by AICTE/ UGC/ AIU (Students appearing in their final year can also apply) with minimum 50 % marks.
