An intense examination and assessment of various parameters pertaining to curricular aspects, pedagogy, research and consultancy, extension activities, infrastructure and learning resources, student support and progression, governance and leadership and Innovative practices was carried out.
Six members team led by Dr AK Pujari, Rajasthan Central University Vice Chancellor visited Chitkara University from April 21-23 to assess it on various parameters.

The Mechanical Department has highly experienced and qualified staff pursuing their research in thrust areas such as CAD/CAM, Mechanical design, Thermal engineering, Fluid dynamics, Manufacturing Engineering, Tool design and Flexible Manufacturing Systems/Automation. The syllabus is updated every 6 months which personally, It has separate lab facilities available for each course like robotics Lab, research lab, postgraduate lab, aviation lab, lab for fashion designing, advance kitchen lab etc.
Faculties are highly qualified, most of the faculties have done their Ph.D and others are pursuing, They have at least minimum of 5 years of experience and ample amount of knowledge, both theoretical and practical knowledge.They are cooperative and whenever you need their help they are ready to help you out.

I would say, Lovely professional University is one of the most prestigious universities in India. It offers 200+ programs and courses at Diploma, undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral levels. LPU is popular for its excellence in teaching and the infrastructure facilities the university possesses. I did post graduation from this University and I have few friends who has done BCA and currently they are working with MNCs with decent package. One of my friend told me that In BCA you will learn about some interesting subjects like Mathematics, Computer Programming, Computer Networking, Database Management Systems and, Software Engineering. Besides the core compulsory subjects, students can choose from a wide variety of subjects as their pathway elective or minor elective. The curriculum is revised occasionally to keep students up-to-date and industry ready. They give a very good amount of training before you go into campus placements. Don't miss out on that as in the end, all we need is a decent place with good exposure. Industry certifications, MOOCs, Hackathons, Workshops, Guest lectures, Educational Trips, Live projects, Incubation projects, Community projects, are an integral part of the curriculum. You'll get many opportunities like coding events, hackathons and a lot more in LPU so that you can improve your skills, You will be able to achieve various certifications, which help you in getting better placements.
