This depends on the course in which you want to enroll. For example, if your course is B.Sc (hons. ), which requires scores in math, chemistry, and physics, the CUET UG marks for these subjects will be taken into account during your admission. If you are applying for a history course, this subject and your other top two subjects will be taken into account. Therefore, your college will consider your marks based on the degree programme you are applying to. Some colleges will give you the option of selecting courses and entering subject scores during the admissions counseling process.

According to experts, the best books for CUET 2023 preparation are the NCERTs of each subject. The NCERT books are the most trusted government books and are used by the NTA in the preparation of question papers. Also, answers given in NCERT are held valid by NTA in the answer key. However, you can use other reference books to understand the topics better. You need to choose a reference book that also has lots of practice questions.
