The frequency of CUET counselling rounds is dependent on the availability of vacant seats and differs from one university to another. Typically, CUET accepting colleges conducts three rounds of counselling, but this count can fluctuate based on the remaining vacancies after each round. CUET counseling is overseen by the NTA, and only candidates meeting the CUET cut-off criteria are deemed eligible for the examination. To be considered, candidates typically need to secure a score between 300-400 in the CUET, with a score of 500 being regarded as excellent, increasing the likelihood of admission to reputable colleges. Number of seats offered in various courses can vary across participating CUET UG universities. For instance, Delhi University provides approximately 70,000 CUET UG seats.

CUET UG cut off will vary from course to course and universities. To know the cut off for CUET UG courses, candidates must stay updated with the notification released by the universities for admissions. CUET UG result 2024 will be declared tentatively in third week of July 2024 at cuet.samarth.ac.in. Candidates who will appear for the exam will be able to download the scorecard online. NTA will release the CUET UG provisional answer key 2025 tentatively in first week of July 2025. Candidates will be able to challenge the CUET answer key 2025 within the given window in online mode only. On the basis of the challenges received, autorities releases the CUET 2025 revised answer key (expected in last week of July 2025). Candidates who will appear for the exam will be able to calculate their scores for CUET 2025 before the declaration of results. CUET 2025 results are expected to be announced in third week of July 2025. On the basis of the score obtained, candidates will have to appear for the counselling process of the participating universities they have applied for. Candidates must ensure that they have registered for the courses and university they wish to apply in. On the basis of the applications received, participating releases the cut off or merit list. Candidates meeting the cut off criteria will be offered admission to desored UG course.

To challenge the CUET UG 2025 provisional answer key, candidates must follow the steps mentioned below:Step 1- Login on the official website of NTA CUET UG 2025Step 2- After logging in, click on 'View/Challenge Answer Keys'Step 3- Questions can be viewed in sequential orderStep 4- The ID next to the question under the column ‘Correct Option’ stands for the correct Answer Key to be used by NTAStep 5- To challenge one or more answer keys, candidates have to use any one or more of the Option IDs given in the next four columns by clicking the check boxStep 6- Candidates can upload supporting documents in which you can select ‘Choose File’ and upload (all documents to be put in a single pdf file)Step 7- Next, they have to scroll down and click on the 'Save Your Claim' tab and move to the next screen where all the challenged questions' Option IDs will be visibleStep 8- Click on ‘Save your Claim and Pay Fee Finally’Step 9- Select Mode of Payment and Pay a non-refundable processing fee of INR 200 for each question challenged. Make payment through Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking/Paytm.

CUET UG answer key challenge window will open tentatively in first week of July 2025. Candidates who will appear for the exam will be able to raise objections against the CUET UG answer key within the stipulated period of time. Candidates will have to pay the non-refundable fee of INR 200 for each question challenged. The CUET UG provisional answer key is displayed for two to three days. Only paid challenges made during the given period will be considered for revision. On the basis of the objections received, CUET UG 2025 final answer key will be released tentatively in last week of July 2025 at cuet.samarth.ac.in. NTA will not confirm the outcome of the CUET answer key challenges made. CUET UG 2025 result will be computed on the basis of the CUET final answer key 2025.

National testing Agency (NTA) releases the provisional CUET answer key soon after the exam is conducted. In the CUET UG provisional answer key candidates can check the correct options for each question and their markes responses. On release of the CUET UG provisional answer key, candidates are given the opportunity to challenge the answer key before the declaration of results. In case of any discrepancy in the answers provided by the conducting body, candidates can raise objections with justification/evidence. If found correct, CUET answer key is revised and is released soon after. CUET UG 2025 provisional answer key will be released at exams.nta.ac.in/CUET-UG/. Candidates who appeared for the exam will be able to check their recorded responses and CUET answer key. Candidates will be able to challenge the CUET UG provisional answer key in three days window.
