The HNBGU admission marks are not publicly available. However, you can get an idea of the required marks by looking at the previous year's cut-offs. To an extent, you can obtain B.Sc in Life Sciences admission at various Lower South Campus University colleges which are affiliated to Delhi University. Since you have obtained a low 300/600 score in PCB during the CUET exams, it is therefore unfortunately impossible for you to be admitted into any North Campus College but there’s still an opportunity for making it through to South Campus colleges. Such include a list of the colleges one can think about Swami Shraddhanand, Shyam Lal, Aditi Mahavidyalaya, Satyawati Evening and Bhaskaracharya College. Feel free to ask any further information or questions.

The institutes which you can get with 463 score in CUET depends on the category you belong to and the course which you are opting for. 463 is a decent score in CUET which will not get you very good colleges, but you can expect decent Institutes. You may get into DU if you are opting for BA and you can also get admission in some colleges of BHU. You may face problem in getting admission in courses with high demand like BTech, Bcom etc. You have not mentioned your desired course and category, so it is not possible to predict institutes for you.
