Based on the information you provided, it seems that you have a CUET score of 408 out of 650 in English, Mathematics, and GAT (General Aptitude Test). Whether you can get admission to the B.Tech programme at Cluster Innovation Centre would depend on various factors such as the cutoff scores set by the institution, the number of available seats, and the competition among applicants. It is recommended to refer to the official website of Cluster Innovation Centre or contact their admissions office for accurate and up-to-date information regarding admission requirements and cutoff scores.
