No, Only results from the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) are accepted by Dr. Harisingh Gour Vishwavidyalaya for admission to its programmes. For admission to undergraduate programmes, candidates must pass the CUET UG test. Students must take the Postgraduate Entrance Test (PGET) to be admitted to postgraduate programmes. After June and July of counselling, admission is confirmed. In 2022, the CUET cutoff was 630.5 for BMS at Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce. The weightage of selection for BMS admission is the entrance exam: 65% and qualifying exam: 35%. The minimum marks required for BBA at Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce are 50% marks in the 12th grade final exams along with DUJAT.

Candidates who wish to enroll for the UG courses are required to apply for the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) whereas candidates who wish to apply for the PG course are required to apply for the CUET PG. Hence, one cannot get into Sri Giri Gobind Singh College of Commerce without CUET.
