Yes, candidates will have to pay fee for challenging the CUET UG provisional answer key. National Testing Agency (NTA) will release the CUET UG 2025 provisional answer key tentatively in first week of July 2025. Candidates who appears for the exam are able to challenge the CUET 2025 provisional answer key till prescribed last date. Candidates challenging the answer key will be able to challenge one or more responses and will have to pay the fee of INR 200 for each question challenged. Students will have to submit the valid proof to challenge the answer key. On the basis of the challenges received, authorities releases the CUET final answer key. Candidates will be able to challenge the CUET answer key 2025 within the given window in online mode only. On the basis of the challenges received, autorities releases the CUET 2025 revised answer key (expected in last week of July 2025). To challenge the CUET UG 2025 provisional answer key, candidates must follow the steps mentioned below:Step 1- Login on the official website of NTA CUET UG 2025Step 2- After logging in, click on 'View/Challenge Answer Keys'Step 3- Questions can be viewed in sequential orderStep 4- The ID next to the question under the column ‘Correct Option’ stands for the correct Answer Key to be used by NTAStep 5- To challenge one or more answer keys, candidates have to use any one or more of the Option IDs given in the next four columns by clicking the check boxStep 6- Candidates can upload supporting documents in which you can select ‘Choose File’ and upload (all documents to be put in a single pdf file)Step 7- Next, they have to scroll down and click on the 'Save Your Claim' tab and move to the next screen where all the challenged questions' Option IDs will be visibleStep 8- Click on ‘Save your Claim and Pay Fee Finally’Step 9- Select Mode of Payment and Pay a non-refundable processing fee of INR 200 for each question challenged. NTA releases the revised CUET answer key based on the objections received at exams.nta.ac.in/CUET-UG/. Candidates will be given oppotunity to challenge the CUET UG answer key 2025 within three days window. The date to challenge the answer key will be announced after the release of CUET answer key 2025. Only paid challenges made during the stipulated period will be considered. CUET answer key challenges without justification/evidence and those filed on any other medium other than the prescribed link for CUET UG will not be considered. CUET UG 2025 results will be compiled based on the final answer key. Candidates will not get the outcome of the challenges received.
