No, Institute of Home Economics admission to all the courses, i.e., undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, is entrance-based. While this DU-affiliated college accepts CUET UG exam for admission to its undergraduate courses, such as BSc, MSc, BA, etc., admission to all the postgraduate courses is subject to the CUET- PG exam starting admission 2023. Institute of Home Economics along with DU started accepting CUET UG starting 2022 and the CUET PG from 2023 session onward. Before this, admission to undergraduate was based on merit in Class 12 and PG admission was mostly subject to DUET exam previously conducted by DU.

CUET-PG 2023 application forms for the academic session 2023-2024 were out from March 20 by the examination conducting authority, NTA. Candidates were able to apply online on the CUET website starting from March 20 till April 19, 2023. Candidates were also able to edit the CUET-PG 2023 online application form if they made any mistakes while filling up the form. Application form correction window was open from April 20 and get close on April 23.
