The SRTTC Kamshet charges a fee from INR 1,95,537 to 2,51,328 for a full time programme in B.E. / B.Tech. The same applies for the engineering programs undertaken in the college. The tuition fees applied are on a first year basis and are revised each passing year with a slight change. SRTTC is affiliated with Savitribai Phule Pune University and is approved by AICTE, ensuring that all charges match regulatory standards, but along with that, the institutions deliver quality education to students with good infrastructure.

The hostel fees at Suman Ramesh Tulsiani Technical Campus - Faculty of Engineering (SRTTC Kamshet) are around 24,000 to 35,000 per year, which depends upon the type of accommodation and facilities there. The college has girls' and boys' different hostels with large rooms for students, a hygienic kitchen, and dining halls too. Both hostels have internet connectivity round the clock, and proper medical facilities. The environment is safe and conducive to learning. Hygiene and security standards are maintained under strict supervision. It is, therefore, a popular choice among students seeking comfortable living arrangements.
