Candidates who have passed the JEE Mains will be given preference over those who have passed the MHT-CET. Diploma in Engineering & Technology holders: You must have passed the Diploma with at least 45% marks. Backward class, EWS, and PWD candidates from Maharashtra state need at least 40% marks. Participate in counseling: After taking the entrance exam, you may need to participate in JoSAA and CSAB counseling rounds

First Year Engineering:1. Maharashtra State Candidature Candidate :a. The Candidate should be an Indian National;b. Passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical or Vocational subjects and obtained at least 50 % marks (at least 45% marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) in the above subjects taken together;ORPassed Diploma in Engineering and Technology and obtained at least 50% marks (at least 45 % marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only);ORPassed B.Sc. Degree from a recognised University as defined by UGC and obtained at least 50 % marks (at least 45 % marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only);c.
