Hello there!
You need to be graduate first if you are going to FTII or SRFTII. Rest, you are HSC qualified to get Diploma or degree in cinematography to get into cinematography.

A certificate course won't make you eligible for PG, not even a Diploma. You need to have a Bachelor's degree to apply and do PG.

The minimum requirement for admission into a cinematography is plus two. After plus two one may go for various certificate and diploma courses in cinematography to acquire knowledge in the field

The diploma in Film technology and Television Production is a 3-year full-time course. A candidate who has completed his/her 10+2 from a recognized board of education is eligible to apply for the course. In order to apply, you can visit the institute's official website and fill the online form. The admission will be based on your marks obtained in 10+2. The total fee for the course is Rs 45,000.

Yes, Shashank. You can be a cinematographer after studying B.A. In Mass Communication. After completion of your graduation, I suggest you to do PG Diploma/Diploma in Cinematography from reputed institutions like FTII, SRFTI, Whistling Woods, Roop Kala Kendro, Satyajit Ray Institute of Film etc. It will help you to explore more in the industry.
