There is filmmaking course available at Seamedu School of Pro-Expressionism that includes cinematography as a part of its curriculum, but there is no full-fledged course for cinematography.

A certificate course won't make you eligible for PG, not even a Diploma. You need to have a Bachelor's degree to apply and do PG.

Yes, it does offer Diploma of fine arts in cinematography. The duration of the programme is 1 year and is a full-time course.
