The eligibility criteria for cinematography is HSC passed from any equivalent stream. So you can go for cinematography after 12th.

There is filmmaking course available at Seamedu School of Pro-Expressionism that includes cinematography as a part of its curriculum, but there is no full-fledged course for cinematography.

Yes, it does offer Diploma of fine arts in cinematography. The duration of the programme is 1 year and is a full-time course.
