What database platforms you need to manage for SAP is another factor to consider. To get the most out of Microsoft's assistance, customers who already use MSSQL or Hana should consider migrating their databases to Azure. In terms of hana alone, the benefits of using an AWS -XI instance, particularly for scaleout setups, should be investigated, while Azure M series is not far behind. Given SAP's lengthy history of trouble-free operation on Microsoft hardware and software, my first choice for post-migration support would be Azure. This is a debate I've seen many times before: first between Cisco and Juniper, then between Microsoft and Li

Dear Rajan, Both the course are good career scope but BCA-MBA will give you more career opportunities and jobs. I did MBA from LPU and LPU is helping me grow professionally and personally with its career-oriented programs and support. I would say, The Business School of LPU is accredited from (ACBSP) Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs from the USA ensuring quality education and industry experienced faculty members, studying in LPU will get a degree accredited from a body of USA. It all depends on your job role and career aspirations. If you are working on Microsoft technology, then obviously you must focus on Microsoft Certifications. To start with, you need to start with a single certification at a time. You cannot sail in multiple boats simultaneously. If you want to go for Cisco path then start preparing for CCNA and don't get distracted. First become expert in one domain and then when you are expert in one domain then exploring multiple domains.
All the best.

On the basis of experience, you can make a switch. If you want to switch from BPO industry to other industries, then it will be a bit difficult but it's possible. Starting as a software developer would not be recommended as you have already worked in industry for 6 years. You can do project management (PMP) certification and get into management. You can also look out for executive MBA programs. All the best.

CCNA is a certification which will obviously increase your employability but a degree would be required to get in to good companies and grow
