You can get admission to the private medical college but the fees will be very much. So, you need to have good economic condition. You should have maintained a score above 550 to be on the safer side. You cannot get into any government medical college with this mark. There is very less Probability of getting a seat.

Admissions in these countries are not exclusively dependent on academic performance but depends on many other factors. In view of this, I would strongly advise you to approach an agency that is dealing with sending students to US or Canada for Masters.
