City Engineering College (CEC, Banglore) COMEDK Round 2 cutoff for Electronics & Communication Engineering is 59317 which is very close to this range. This was for general category under All India quota. Unless the candidate belongs to some other category or domicile, one can not afford to score less than this. With this rank, there is a probability of getting admission however since, the cut offs keep changing from round to round, better ranks definitely increases your chances of getting admission in City Engineering College (CEC, Banglore).

City Engineering College (CEC, Banglore) BTech cutoff 2023 for Electronics & Communication Engineering was 59317 for SC and 59317 for ST category. While the admissions are based on the scores/rank obtained in COMEDK, the last cut offs also change a lot depending on All India quota or Home State. It also varies if the applicant is a female.

Try scoring between 85-90% and you can get an easy admission in City College if you belong to general category for other category, the percentage will vary 7-8% from the general.
You can get admission in other colleges in Kolkata with
60% in the best 4, with some colleges taking English/Accountancy as a compulsory subject while counting the Best 4.
So for City College try to get better percentage.
