M.Tech- structure or Environment Engineering
Otherwise, you can plan for:

It's good to have aim / dream in life. Once we have it then we can go all out to achieve it. For becoming a civil engineer, you will have to get admission in any engineering college. For this, you need to appear for and clear entrance test of your state or JEE Mains & /or Advanced.
