Hi Shaik, If you have scored minimum 50% aggregate marks in PCM in 10+2 and have a valid JEE score card then you're eligible for Civil Engineering in many universities across India.
You can apply for B.Tech Civil Engg. at University Of Technology and Management, Shillong.

Dear Prakhar, there is no criteria you should pass Diploma engineering with minimum 45%. To get admission in B.Tech on basis of Diploma engineering you will have to appear in LEET entrance exam conducted by each state university & some deemed university. On that basis, you can get good college. Some colleges also provide direct admission in management seats.
