Hi there, first of all let me tell you, Civil engineers generally work in a variety of locations and conditions. It is common for them to split their time between working in an office and working outdoors at construction sites so that they can monitor operations or solve problems onsite. I don't know about Mumbai but I am aware about Punjab which is having Lovely Professional University. Placement: 19.75 LPA (Sobha Realty) was the highest salary package last year. Huge number of Campus placement drives with reputed brands used to be held every year for this course. Part-time M.Tech is available but for that, you have to complete B.Tech. There are many universities from where you can pursue B.Tech in distance mode but not part-time. So, the answer is no.

Hi Abhilash,
Sorry to say, but there is no such college for Bachelor of Engineering in civil in Mumbai distance learning, The thing is that distance learning universities don't have authority to offer Engineering courses, earlier they had the option to offer engineering course but since 2012 they had been banned to offer engineering course by UGC regulation. There are many courses which are banned like Engineering as I said, Pharmacy, Medicine, Dental, Agriculture was being offered by the distance learning universities but unfortunately, it has been banned at the end of March 2019. Good placement is only available in good colleges. For private colleges, you will have to pay higher fees but you can take admission. For Government or aided college, you will have to pass with good score in state level or national level engineering entrance exam to get a good college.
