Full time MBA is a better option in comparison to part time MBA because:
(a) Better learning because of case studies, workshop and other techniques
(b) Campus placement can help you to get better job.
(c) Opportunities to interact with faculty and fellow students.
(d) Opportunities to develop leadership skills.
(e) Summer training to practice learning while undergoing studies.

M.Tech. Civil Engineering or Master of Technology in Civil Engineering is a postgraduate Civil Engineering course. You can only do M.tech in Civil Engineering. Alright. I understand. I'd suggest Instrumentation and Control engineering. It has better placements and scope for higher studies as it's a developing field which is getting more and more prominent in the practical world. However, you really need to work hard if you take ICE. All the best :)

Hello,
Branch selection is always the biggest dilemma a student encounters, so select that branch only which fascinates you, rather than going for scopes go for interest, if you have interest in something you can turn something big out of small things, however considering your branch choices it will be better for you to go for IT, as per the latest scenario.

Hello King,
Both fields are good in their own work areas. For civil engineering, there's a bit problem for freshers because the infrastructure's companies needs experienced people. One have to take experience whatsoever the circumstances are. In electronics, nanoelectronics is on high demand. Electronics is better according to me for a fresher.
